Random bleeding after oral

Hey guys, so about a month ago I switch from the Mirena IUD to the Nuva ring and so far I haven't had a single problem, my periods are a lot less intense, I never have random cramping, and my sex drive is x10. But tonight I have a little concern. My husband and I had sex 3 or 4 days ago and it was great! Tonight we did just oral, no fingers, no toys but...after we finished, cleaned up, and about an hour goes by  (sorry if tmi) had to poop. So I did my business and as I went to wipe and I saw bleeding. My period ended 5 days ago today  and I haven't had any cramping or any warning signs of spotting like I usually do so I'm a little concerned. After putting a tampon in and getting back in bed I started feeling a kinda pinching feeling in my stomach above where I get cramps. I am thinking it's probably gas since I did just go #2 but I'm freaking out a little bit as to why I'm bleeding after just oral...I know I've bleed before when we were having ruff sex or if his fingernails were a little too sharp but not after oral....I hate going to the doctor when something like this comes up because I've gone before and to find "nothing is wrong."
