Confused what do yo think?

So my husband took me to the er because i was throwing up almost everything i ate for the last two days. When i get there i tell them everything thats going on and and my period is late. Well they went on lets check everything else but besides why she cant keep everything down. I knew i needed fluids and some blood drawn at least but didnt get either one. Instead i got a pap and both types of ultrasounds. Thats not why i came in the er for i came to get fluids. Also they asked me to pee in a cup to see if i was pregnant, i am 9 days late today but even my pee test at home wasn't showing and also told them that but said it was negative. So once again thought they would do a blood test just to make sure but that didnt happen. Waited 4 hours just for a no your not pregnant, your pmsing, and you have a stomach flu. I also find weird because it wasn't until right before i left that the doctor noticed i was late for af after she did everything. Then says im only pmsing and getting the stomach flu but didn't do any blood work.
