Weight Gain...
I'm sure every woman is different, but every time I go to the doctor I get lectured on gaining too much weight and it seriously sends me into am such a slump and I get so upset. I'm at a loss for what to do. I go to the gym/walk on the treadmill 3-4 days a week. I go to yoga once, maybe twice a week. I count my calories. I don't eat fast food or greasy food (makes me sick). I only drink water, milk, or smoothies (that I make here at home). And the only places I have gained weight is my belly and boobs (which went from a 34D to a 36DD in no time). I haven't even started wearing bigger clothes, other than my bra size and occasionally wearing a belly band to button my jeans. My starting weight was 149. I'm now 26 weeks and I weigh 165. I am open to any and all suggestions.
