To soon to get hospital bag ready?

I am 30 weeks and 3 days pregnant today. I have my baby shower on the 6th so I will be almost 32 weeks. I was thinking of getting at least the babies things ready for the hospital after the baby shower. With my daughter I didn't pack anything til 35 weeks. However, this time around baby boy is measuring just over 3 weeks ahead and my doctor doesn't think I will make it to 38 weeks. Would it be to soon to get things started/packed after the shower or should I wait a little longer?

I would say just pack now for incase because you never know when the baby will come 😅 hopefully the baby doesn't come soon but just to be on the safe side. Then after your baby shower, you can swap items in and out 🙂

It's never too early. Better to be prepared. I'm 37 weeks and still packing my bag.

is fine to star now but when i did early i change my mine and change tings when i did at 36 i put in the trunk i dont change noting i just have somes tings like dresses for the hospital pucture for my baby not my clothes and need some headbands for her

Like someone else said. Never too soon. I was gonna wait u til 38wks with my 1st because that's when my shower was supposed to be. But he came at 37weeks 6days and I had NOTHING. This time around I've had my bag ready for like 2 and a half months lol. And I made sure I did my shower earlier this time lol. If you have the stuff now. Why not? There's a few sites and articles on here that suggest what you should have in your bag. But yea it's never too early because you never know when baby will come. Better be safe than sorry

I don't think it's ever too soon to be prepared! I wish I would have! I ended up having my son at 37 weeks (and my plans were to pack my bag that next day!😂🙈)
