TMI Question

Is anyone else's underwear always wet? & I don't mean with normal discharge, it's the consistency of urine and has a strange smell. This is new going into my 18th week and I'm nervous about possibly leaking something I shouldn't be? Any advice or experience with this? I called the doctor on call last night about it after debating about whether it was a big deal or not all day at work, but OF COURSE if you're not bleeding -- it's normal. Right? 😉
