Wrist blood pressure machine
Do any of y'all use a wrist blood pressure machine? I have to keep a log of my blood pressure this weekend due to it being high and I was put in bed rest till further notice. All I have is a wrist one and I've been sitting here resting and felt like my heart was beating super fast. I took it and it's 161/81. Do you think that's accurate?
