I AM NOT OKAY

I am in so much pain from this pinched nerve, I took a muscle relaxer and honest to god I can't move because it hurts so freaking bad. Just getting up to go to the bathroom hurts, the hospital won't do anything for me but give me more muscle relaxers or pain meds so can someone who has delt with this pain or something similar please give me some insight on what to do. A hot bath really feels good but it only works good in that moment like eventually I have to get out of the tub. Heating pad isn't doing anything for me.
