Is this weird or not ladies

Soooooo! I went over my fathers house and my boyfriend seen a summer eves body wash. Now he knows i never use that product...but i seen it on tv one day and wanted to try this new night time product right...i didnt like it so i stop using it....so the other day my boyfriend seen it in my fathers shower and asked me about it i told him it was mine...then he gos to say wtf you use that you dont need that? I told him i just tried it out wtf dude chill...now i am thinking dose he feel that i was cheating on him because i used it?? I think its odd for him to ask me such a strange question....was i wrong to ask why he asked such a strange question?? Or am i bugging out?
