Worried about possible yeast infection...

I feel like I'm getting a yeast infection. My last pregnancy I got one about a week before I found out my baby had stopped growing at 8.5 weeks. I was 12 weeks when I found out the baby had stopped growing. So I technically had a dead baby in my uterus for almost 4 weeks! 😭 I don't know if the yeast infection was due to pregnancy or the miscarriage. I never got a yeast infection in either of my other two healthy pregnancies. Any one else experience yeast infections in healthy pregnancies?! My first prenatal appointment isn't until March 21!
