Depression and goal setting
So my husband struggles with depression. He has tried some meds but he really didn't like them and he stopped taking them (I encouraged him to do what he felt he needed to do and to talk with his psychiatrist and therapist about it) he still sees his therapist but I don't think he's getting what he wants out of it. So we are trying to work together and set up weekly goals he can achieve. This week is only taking a 90 minute nap instead of a 3-4 hour nap and to go to the gym or go for a walk at least once a day. I'm trying to think of some more goals he can reach just litle short term goals which I hope will lead to bigger goal setting in the future. Thank you
