Maybe tmi, weird growth

The bump in the first picture (located about 1-2 inches below and to the left of my tailbone, and almost marble size) started around 2013 when I was pregnant with my first. At first it was tiny, and I thought it was maybe a sweat pimple or ingrown hair. I tried popping it, poking it, squeezing it, and hardly got a drip of blood to come out, nothing else. As it got bigger, I asked my doctor and she thinks is just benign, and said they can have it cut off.

The second picture is of a small bump on my belly (about the size of a pencil led), which I noticed last week. I don't know if it's another like the first pic, but again it doesn't respond to squeezing/popping like a pimple or ingrown hair would. I am pregnant again, and I think I want to have a biopsy done on at least the first one, maybe the second if it too starts growing. I'm afraid of stressing myself during pregnancy if I get a negative result, but also afraid to wait because it could do more harm than good.

Has anyone experienced something like this? Could it just be a weird reaction to pregnancy?
