Why does sex always has to change everything 😔

I hate it.
It either  makes things good or bad.
I was rereading old text messages and wow wished he still talked to me like this :/ there are lots of cute texts i found. Things are still going  good but some things just changed after we started having  sex. I miss this.

I have messages like that from my boyfriend. When we first started talking he was overly super sweet all the time. But Yanno what, I wouldn't want to go back to that. Everyone is super sweet in the beginning bc you're still trying to impress the person. I take the lack of overly sweetness as a sign he no longer feels like he has to impress me. Which some people say is a bad thing but I don't mean he stops trying all together I mean there's not that same chase to get/keep the other person. Sweetness manifests differently throughout a relationship. For example. For me it was sweet texts in the beginning but now it's more picking up my favorite snacks on his way home from work. Or a forehead kiss whenever he leaves the room. It's different but not any less valuable.
