Failing

Last year I was a top A student (I was in grade 9 last year) but now it's all going downhill and I don't know what to do. I recently wrote a Physics test and I got 33% and now I feel like crap. I studied so, so, so hard for this test yet I still failed. My overall average for physics right now is 27% and I'm literally crying while typing this.
