Appointment today

So I scheduled my annual 4 months after my d and c to make sure things were still okay. My cycles have not regulated yet and are 45 days long and I when I test using clear blue I get two peaks per month. So today my doctor said it is pretty positive it's the second peak because he thinks I'm ovulating later with the longer cycles. I told him I did not want to wait a full year of 45 day cycles to get pregnant. I got pregnant not trying the first time and he believed it would not be an issues, but gave me the option of clomid to speed things up. I told him I wanted to give it a couple of months to do it naturally, but I'm so excited that the option is on the table to for me if I want to. He said just give him a call whenever ☺️
