The implant - acne
Has anyone else experienced acne on implanon? I've had mine almost a year and it just hasn't calmed down. It's really upsetting me now because I've never had bad skin before. I've had two different creams from the GP and neither have worked.
I've tried all sorts of washes from dermatologica to just natural stuff and tea tree oil. Every time it looks like it's clearing up, it comes back with a vengeance just a couple of days later. I used to go out without makeup and get complimented on my skin but now I won't go anywhere without it!
I'm at the end of my tether now and thinking of getting it removed. Trouble is I'm going through a bit of a broody stage and I'm not sure going back to the pill would be a good idea for that reason.
