HOW TO CURE A COLD!!! Help!!!!

Hello, I'm 12 weeks pregnant. I've had a cold for a few days now exactly going into two weeks. I'm not getting any better. I was told by my Ob to not take any kind of medication. I was wondering anyone has a good remedy that wont include any type of medications, that's natural and affective... Thank you. I cant sleep due to stuffy nose and have trouble breathing. Yes I have a humidifier that kinda helps but just want to get over this cold. Please help!!!
