Idk how to cope

Lauren
I have no idea where to begin.
Last July I had my surgery to remove an ectopic pregnancy and my right tube. That wAs the toughest things for me since it was my first lost. We decided to start trying right away and I got pregnant in December right after having a HSG done. Everything was going great and the baby was in the right place but unfortunately wasn't growing properly. I was 10 weeks and the baby was only measuring 6. And had no fetal pole or heart beat. I tried to miscarry naturally but I kept getting very sick. So after waiting two weeks I decided to have a D&C done. It's been 3 weeks since the surgery and I haven't really mourned the loss of the baby. I don't know if it's because it went on for so long or I'm just numb. Today in the shower something just triggered my emotions and I started crying. I just don't understand why my body won't let me carry a baby. The doctor did blood work and said that my progesterone was low during the pregnancy. But she doesn't believe that progesterone helps the pregnancy. She said it's a myth. Has anyone taken progesterone?
