How to burp a baby!!
Hey ladies! So I just wanted to share one of my experiences as a new mommy! I know it will help some of you. My little girl has been crazy gassy from the beginning. I tried just about every trick in the book to get her to burp. I felt like I would literally pat her back for 15 minutes, just to get the tiniest burp out. She was still bloated and distended 😑 I bought a rocking chair to help put her to sleep at night, one night I placed her over my shoulder, as is I was going to burp her and I rocked for about 2 mins and out came the biggest burp ever!!! I thought maybe it was just a coincidence, But lo and behold, every single time I did this after a bottle she burped! They were very good productive burps as well. She was finally getting some relief from the built up air while feeding. Seriously it's a miracle. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME I get the best burp ever. I just had to say it again lol you'll notice while you rock your little one over your shoulder, their chest moves up and down repeatedly against your chest, which slowly pushes the air out!
