Memory loss and mood swings after MC

I have noticed that during pregnancy and after MC I have had trouble remembering Things like all the time and also I have been having mood swings. I can be fine one moment and then snap at you afterwards. What did you do? Did you leave it at that or see a physiologist or neurologist
