Ovarian Cyst rupture while pregnant

I had a horrible scare 2 nights ago....I had an acute onset of severe deep pelvic pain and immediately thought the worst while at the same time trying to stay calm. After talking with my OB and really tuning in to what it felt like we came to the conclusion I was probably experiencing an ovarian cyst rupture. (I have a history of this before becoming pregnant). The pain resolved after about 2 hours and no bleeding at all so praying that everything is fine.
