Advice?

So out of curiosity i got on my boyfriends Facebook msgs and seen him msging with some girl they didn't say anything wrong thoe & later on i got on again & he had erased those msgs. And i guess what got me upset was the fact that he erased them without knowing i had already seen them, not so much of the things that he said. Is it a stupid reason to be upset with him?
