😞help

Okay so I've been with my boyfriend for just a little bit over a year, the spark is totally going out but I've not told him any of this. We haven't had sex in ages and when we're together we aren't happy. I've met this other guy through friends and he's new and exciting and I think I like him. I don't know what to do at all and I can't even discuss this with my friends. My parents keep telling me that I don't need to stick with my current boyfriend to keep him happy. I don't think I could real up with him though, we've been through so much. Anyone willing to help a sister out with some advice??
