HELP!!!! 😭

So me and the guy (both 18) in in a situationship with have had sex a few times. No problems there. One time the condom broke he literally thirsted in and then realised then afterwards stopped. He was super paranoid and suggested I take the morning after pill straight away. He went into town and got it and I took it within an hour. I bled for 2 days a week later and havnt had a period since 😭😭 I'm scared as I dont know if I'm pregnant or just being paranoid. Should I take a pregnancy test or not?
