Promise rings ??

so me and my boyfriend have been together for over two years now. I really want a promise ring , I think the idea of them are so cute. but he refuses to get me one? he says it's because he doesn't want to , but there has to be a real reason. any reason why he's acting like this ??

Some guys just don't like the idea of promise rings. To them, it's stupid. My husband was that way when we were dating. He thought they were stupid, didn't buy me one, and we still ended up married and happy. A guy I dated for 3 years before hubby came along bought me a promise ring and we didn't last. Just remember that a promise ring is not a guarantee for anything and it doesn't mean he doesn't want to marry you someday.

How old are you by any chance? He should be wanting to get you one not you having to ask for one. If you've been together that long and are adults and he blatantly states he doesn't want to give you something like that ️maybe you need to reevaluate his commitment and if it's even really going anywhere?

Maybe he's not ready to make a promise to you. Don't pressure him.
