Love triangle ??? Need help

So I'm friends with mostly guys. And the majority of them know I don't see them in a relationship way. one of the guys named elijah has liked me for a really long time & the other guy Malcolm likes me too & I like him... But my bestfriend Mike all of a sudden told Malcolm that he liked me. My problem is I want Malcolm but he doesn't want anything to do with me because Michael is like in love with me & he doesn't wanna hurt anyone.even thought I've hooked up with him a few times. But someone's gonna get hurt either way & I'm tired of putting everyone else's feelings before my own.. But Malcolm just keeps saying he understands someone's gonna get hurt anyway bo matter who I pick but that he doesn't wanna be that guy to ruin friendships.. I feel like yeah I'll hurt someone but pain is inevitable but suffering is optional.  That it won't hurt forever but idk how to make Malcolm understand. Sorry this is so confusing but I'm in a bad spot and idk what to do
