Trouble focusing on multiple things during sex

Does anyone else get like distracted very easily during sex, like you'll be working toward your orgasm and hear just the smallest sound or think about pizza or something and just lose it and have to start over? I sure do! And also, I can't have my SO do things during sex like grab my boob or sick on my nipple. If we're doing both I can't focus on either one and it's very frustrating! I can't be the only one...!
