Are never-nudes real? My BF's claim

I don't believe in never nudes....it can't be possible. I've seen my BF's butt, but not his frontals...we have been together for 8 years...is he lying? He also just proposed. I'm worried about the honeymoon. I love him a lot...but what do I do? We've tried counseling, but he won't budge and neither will his pants. Halp please
