Always sick

This is my 4th baby , I never really got sick in my previous pregnancies I threw up one time during my first and through them all I would feel sick if I went without eating but this baby has me feeling sick all day everyday I don't throw up but I always feel it coming I always get weird pains in my belly as if I had a stomach virus I don't know what to take or eat to stop this !!
