Insensitive people

How do all of you deal with insensitive people when you tell them about your los?  I am so sick of people telling me that I have plenty of time to have kids and to not worry about it. I know that they are trying to be nice, but comments like that make it hurt more. I would rather people just give me a hug and say that they'll be there for us. Maybe I am just overthinking it...I don't know.
