Deployment and ttc ?!?!

So tonight we found out my husband is being deployed to romainia for 9 months as of june, we are currently ttc, he wants to keep trying but im just scared of being alone during the pregnancy, although i have a ton of friends and family that are supportive, and OTHER than the deployment the timing for a baby couldnt be any better, im tossed on this, continue ttc or wait it out?

That sounds like a hard decision, but if it did happen, think how awesome it would be for him to come home to and what he has to look forward too! I would say keep trying and let the decision be made for you, if it's supposed to happen it will.

My Husband would rather me not be pregnant if he knew he was going to deploy soon. But that's just him because he wants to be there and not just see through a medical video chat (they have those for deployed fathers to watch the birth). If it happens it happens but deployment is stressful in general and being pregnant could make it worse. Especially since youre not supposed to stress during pregnancy, it can harm the baby and even result in loss. Really depends on whether or not you both are comfortable with trying and him being gone if you do get pregmant. Good luck with your decision 💖
