clueless about my own anatomy

ok sooo hi I'm new here I just wanted to ask a question about what's going on in the valley below. so I noticed a bump thing in between my vagina and my clitoris. I was wondering if that was urethra? That thing looks huge! It seems to cover up most of my vaginal area... it doesn't hurt one bit when I touch it or finger. I am worried about sex though. It looks like a small bump is poking out of my vagina. no problems with tampons or anything. never was an issue. I don't think I have an abnormal hymen or anything but yeah what do you think? how on earth is a penis going to fit in there? am I swollen or something? again, it doesn't hurt. it looks really really abnormal and nothing like the picture  I'm worried about it
