HUSBAND SICK; IM 31 WKS PREGGO

My husband came home throwing up over and over and so sick he can barely move. I was with him just a few hours ago and we were kissing on each other and he felt fine. I think he has the flu. He was working (military- night nav EIB training) and was sent to the medic because he was throwing up so much). I never got a flu shot this year and am terrified he will get me sick (and the baby inside of me bc of that). What can I do to not be sick?!!!
