Spotting

So I am ttc. Lately I've had a lot of naseua and cramps on the right side. Today I noticed some spotting but it was super light orange red. Is this more implantation bleeding or the precursor for my period?  I am 8 days from af according to glow. But I've always been irregular. I know this isn't my period yet because it isn't enough. And it was kind of stringy gooey (sorry tmi).
