Seven days late

So I'm about seven days late. Took a test at about three days late that was negative. Was thinking about testing again tomorrow. A part of me is thinking its just stress. My boobs are a little sore and I've noticed that I have increased acne. And I cramp from time to time. Anyone else experience this and still be pregnant?
