Mid Cycle Bleeding

I'm a little alarmed. I'm currently on Day 19 of my 32 day cycle. Period came on strong end of Feb - red first day, then spotted for about a week. It ended fully about 10 days ago, but on Minday (day 17) I started spotting brown. Now it has red in it and I'm on day 3- almost like a period. pregnancy test - negative. ovulation tests started on Sunday and every day since then- all negative. Should I be concerned?
