Probiotics.. Yes or No
I am trying to decide whether or not I should start taking probiotics daily. Every once in a while, I will get a lot of gas discomfort for a couple days and some bloating. I dont quite think its IBS because I dont get constipation or diarrhea. Does anyone else get like this? It will be quite uncomfortable to sit.. It always gives me relief to lay down, and sometimes relief comes from passing gas... Attractive, I know. Luckily it doesnt bother my husband! What probiotics are best? Id like to have gummy ones if possible! Any advice would be great!
