Should I take a test???

I have been off the Depo injection over 7 months and not actively TTC but not trying to avoid it either.. my cycles have been pretty random (as shown in pic from my other app) but my one before last was 28 days and my last period was only three days long and ended on the 29th of feb.. glow says my fertile window starts tomorrow but this week I've had cramping, frequent need to pee, occasional nausea, and today I've started noticing smells more and my breasts are tender to the touch and I have mild headache.. BUT I'm not sure if it could be AF or if I should take a test.. opinions please xx
