Can anybody tell me any dos and don'ts of postpartum?

Question

Like, 1) if I poo am I allowed to at least wipe my anus?
2) do I change pad every time I go to the bathroom or only if it's full?
3) when I shower how do I clean myself down there or do I leave alone ?

Any tips would help please !!

1. Of course. Just be gentle and wipes might feel better
2. I change pads every time they are full 
3. I have a hand held sprayer in the shower and rinse off down there with it. No soap

1) there are flushable wipes you can get that are nice in the bum
2) when they are full, Wheb you feel comfortable 
3) if you don't have a shower head usually the hospital gives you a perry bottle; however if they don't go to the pharmacy and talk to the pharmasist they can find one for you:) it's pretty much a squeeze bottle.
