I dont know what it is HELPPPP

Ok so im thinking its a yeast infection at first my area was itching really bad and my discharge looked like cottage cheese i told my doctor and he prescribed me medicine. The itching has went away but it feels like over night ill get these sores and if i touch it or wipe it stings really bad even blood appears on the toilet paper (bloods not coming out its just on it) it almost feels like I've been scratching down there but i haven't.
