Cysts on my overies

I've been getting bad bad pain, it's so bad that I'm crying and can't move. It doesn't feel like cramps but it feels like it's where my lady parts are placed. I plan on making a doctors appointment and explain how I've been having blood clots for two months, every time my period comes around. So I'm asking to be put on a different birth control and then asking them to do a sonogram to see if I have lots of them. What should I say to them and what should I do about my pain? I've tried midol but that doesn't work it just makes the pain tone down but I can still feel them. I'm also having clear nipple discharge for three weeks. What should I do? Please no rude comments.
