I prefer a plant based diet: Vegan and vegetarian meals.

I eat pretty much everything except wheat. I'm not gluten-free, there's a slight difference. Wheat (and most grains, to be fair) are terrible for your body and raise your blood sugar more than a candy bar. I lost 10 lbs with zero effort once I stopped eating it. I also have no cravings and more energy. Read 'Wheat Belly' if you want to learn more. I eat mostly meat, fish, lots of veggies, and some fruits.
