TMI topic but I need to know if it's normal

I'm now three days late on af. I have not taken a pregnancy test but I was wondering if anyone else when they first got pregnant before they know if they pooped a lot . I know every one is different but it would make me feel beer if some one could relate . I have been nauseous and bloated and my nipples are sensitive. I know all of thoughs are signs . Any advice would be great
