All around pain

I've been getting a lot of pain recently on my lower belly and in my side also my boobs are very sensitive and I have been having a loss of appetite and I've only really wanted to eat anything that is sweet but when I eat chocolate I feel sick can someone explain what this is also I'm 4 days late
