Doesn't see a future

Last week my partner tried to breakup with me because he just couldn't see a future with me. We have had two angels together and have been together for 2 years. We have given our relationship another try and since last week have been good, but I think I'm pregnant with his baby. All I can think about is him saying that he doesn't see a future with me 😖😖😖
