Talking about the future

My boyfriend and I have been with eachother for over a year we aren't looking to get married anytime soon, however we do talk about if we had a baby by mistake (we are sexually active). One of are main and hard topics is vaccines for babies. He does not like it and I'm a strong believer in them. We always argue over it. What do I do? I don't want a sickly child...
