Breast feeding after a reduction years ago

I had a breast reduction in 2006 its now ten years later have any women had success breast feeding after a reduction I really wanna breast feed and give my child the best possible outcome my son I didn't breast feed and he has real bad asthma and is always sick he was born at 37 weeks straight to nicu my daughter was breast feed before the reduction and was born at 36 weeks perfect opinions needed also will I need a pump! Also I have already asked my doctor about it he was unsure so I wanted real life opinions from those who have been through or know others who have been through the situation also I do have milk like stuff that comes out already opinions please
