Flu or cold? Should I go to the hospital to get checked?

I will be 32 weeks tomorrow and I have been sick for 4 days. I have been coughing so much that I started to get chest pains. My stomach is sore because of all the coughing and I'm scared that I'm hurting the baby. I have been sweating at night for the past two days even when the fan is on, I still sweat. I even have a headache because of all the coughing, I even threw up after coughing so much this morning, out of no where. I do not know what to do. Help!!
