Looks like my partner doesn't want to conceive now I'm 26 not married and no kids. I'm ready Idk what to do. But I need someone who ready plus no sex for almost 3 weeks now hugging 😞

There's nothing you can do if he changed his mind. Try talking to him. Ask yourself if this is a deal breaker or if you can wait until he's ready.

You first need to talk about why he feels like that. 
Do you both have stable jobs? Do u have a long term lease,  or own a home? Are you planning on getting married? 
Do you have health insurance? Will your total household income,be able to sustain the expenses that come with a child?  From prenatal care, to delivery and postnatal care and beyond- the continous care of the baby.  
If your partner is scared,  or belives you both are unable to do this,  than I can agree on waiting. 
However,  if he simply does NOT want kids anymore,  while u do,  it's time to move on- and be glad u found out now, no not after u got married (IF you would )
You both need to be on the same page.  U need to know what's realistic,  and what's wanted from this relationship. If you're not on the same page,  and realistic about it, then it time to say goodbye. ..
Communication is always the answer.

You respect his desire not to conceive. 
You go to therapy together. 
If he won't budge and you can't wait you move on and find a partner who wants the same things in life as you.
