Do you have a heating pad? That then a ice pack is probably better.

You can use Icy Hot that does NOT contain  Methyl Salicylate.  Use products with
Menthol ONLY.  Do not  use on your stomach.

No but you could try using Vicks vapor rub as an alternative or call your OB's office to find out if they have any recommendations.....you can also ask a pharmacist.

I've heard tiger balm isn't safe while pregnant so I'm not sure about icy hot. Just to be on the safe side id say no for now but ask your doctor

Yes my OB/GYN told me it's perfectly fine and it's even in the little pamphlet thing I got from Kaiser at the very beginning of my pregnancy
