I've been dating a guy for seven months and guys do you Snapchat me and text me and I do hang out with other guys but it's not like that at all they all know I date him and rarely they flirt with me. But of course I don't flirt back is it OK for me to be talking to these guys I've known them for years and I hung out with them like every day before I was dating him and I still do hang out with them

If it makes your boyfriend uncomfortable, then you should respect that. Talk to him about it. If you don't care what he thinks, than you aren't ready for a serious relationship.

You need to talk to the guy you're seeing. If he's cool with it then it's obviously no problem, but if he's not then you're going to have to choose to keep your relationship or keeping hanging out with guy friends.

It just really depends. I don't really talk to my guy friends anymore for 2 reasons. 1.im not in my hometown anymore. And 2 most of them just wanted to get in my pants/do single things. And I respect my boyfriend too much to deal with any of that. If I could find male friends that aren't like that, I don't think it'd be an issue.

You can talk to whomever you please. Your boyfriend should be able to understand that you have friends that are male. If the friends are doing inappropriate things, or not respecting the boundaries of your current relationship, then you shouldn't speak to them. Otherwise it should be ok.
